BEING A FAIRLY PROLIFIC ULTRA RUNNER, SHE HAS ALSO COMPLETED NEARLY 700 PARKRUNS.
IT’S INEVITABLE THAT THIS KIND OF VOLUME WILL TAKE IT’S TOLL ON THE BODY AT SOME POINT.
WE SAW OFF THE KNEE INJURY BY USING STRENGTHENING EXERCISES.
WE’RE STILL EMPLOYING THESE DURING SESSIONS, BUT WE’VE ADDED MORE VARIED EXERCISES TO WORK TOWARD GAINING MORE SPEED.
