FSB is run by Ady Stott, a veteran of multiple triathlons, over 500 parkruns, a former cycling road racer and time trialist.
For over 30 years Ady has been licensed by the British Boxing Board of Control to train professional boxers and has worked in the corner of over 500 bouts. As well as a personal coach and trainer for over 16 years, specialising in strengthening and reinforcement movement patterns to boost performance and reduce injury risk.

Combining the correct plyometric, ballistic and resistance based exercises, aligned to an individuals needs to really boost performance while also reducing injury risk.

All bike fits are completed using the athlete’s own bike, ensuring adjustments are realistic, precise, and directly transferable to real-world riding conditions.
